Still room in Reiki 1 Class this Sunday

We all have innate healing abilities. Reiki, a hands-on healing method, helps us to tap into that inner wisdom using the healing energy of the universe. Rei is a Japanese term that means universal and spirit. Ki (like chi or qi) is the life force that flows through all of us. Reiki is generally translated as universal life force spirit, or the spirit of the universe.

To learn Reiki is to be able to use this healing energy to clear and heal yourself and others of physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks that can cause dis-ease and dis-harmony in our lives. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, which in turn, allows your body to begin self-healing. It can help balance the side effects of medical treatments and medicines. Reiki works in conjunction with your medical care and is not a substitute for your medical doctor.

In Reiki 1, you’ll learn:

• How to treat yourself and others
• The basic hand positions
• The Reiki power symbol
• About the chakras and chakra balancing
• How to apply Reiki in your everyday life

You’ll also receive

• The Level 1 Reiki Attunement
• Certificate of qualification as a Reiki 1 Practitioner
• 80-page manual to take home

There will be plenty of practice time so you will leave fully confident of your new skills.

    Hi Reiki Guide,

I think intention is the most important Reiki factor. Form follows thought, as we see in so many teachings, so it is the thought and the intent behind doing Reiki that sets the stage and creates the many possibilities for Reiki to work.

    Thanks for visiting!

    namaste,

    Susan
